Adolescents - Live at the House of Blues (CD + DVD)

2003 live concert album from punk rock stalwarts, Adolescents! While most old-school punk acts have to sport the "retro" or "reunion" tags to get a gig, The Adolescents have continued to play shows from their early-80's inception. Even better, they still play hits like "Amoeba" and "Kids Of The Black Hole" with enough energy to give the new-school a major lesson in the ways of punk rock. Live at the House of Blues from Oct. 3, 2003. One disc a CD of the music and the other a a full-length DVD (NTSC, Region 0) of vintage concert footage, band commentary, photo gallery and links. Kung Fu Records captured these masters-of-their-craft with a live seven camera 24P digital video and 24-track audio session deep in their old stomping grounds of Orange County. By turning in one of the best performances in their career at such a prestigious venue with the crowd going crazy, they made us remember why we started this DVD series. This is a piece of history.
